She works in both hospital and community setting and is skilled in providing continence support to patients that attend the clinic.
Helen initially pursued a degree in Psychology and worked as a Business Analyst for five years. However, her passion for healthcare led her back to university, where she earned an MSc in Rehabilitation Science in 2008. Specializing in Pelvic Health in 2012, she worked in various physiotherapy roles, notably as a lead Women’s Health Physio for Epsom and Leatherhead. As a Women’s Health physiotherapist, Helen focuses on treating issues such as bladder and bowel continence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain.
